I just had to share JQ Rose’s latest book with you – Girls Succeed! Stories Behind the Careers of Successful Women. This has been on my TBR for ages and I finally got around to it, and boy am I glad I did. It’s such an inspiring book about how girls overcome obstacles and smash through barriers to achieve their goals.
What’s really neat about Girls Succeed! is that it includes a reader’s guide with project and discussion ideas so that teachers and homeschooling parents can continue the conversation about the themes and issues raised in this book with their students / kiddos.
